Insurance

I no longer accept insurance directly through my practice, however, I'm partnered with Alma. Please contact Alma directly https://helloalma.com/  and request an appointment with me.

 

If you pay out of pocket for sessions your receipt can be used to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

I have a certain number of sliding scale slots available.

Methods of Payment

I take credit cards through Square, Paypal, Venmo and more.

Appointment Cancelation

Please notify me as soon as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. I do charge if the session time begins and I haven't been notified. I do not charge a fee for cancelations if appointments are rescheduled within the week.
